Customer Care Centre

At Mark, we believe that the job is not done until the customer is happy with our performance.
The Customer Care Center has the responsibility of bringing this about, if and when something has gone wrong.

Once a compressor, or any other product has left the factory, the CCC takes on full responsibility for ensuring that each and every problem is solved.

A few examples are shown below:

  • Spare parts requirements
  • Installation advice
  • Missing or lost documentation
  • and Warranty claims

Whatever the problem, there is an expert in the CCC who wants to find the solution, and find it fast.
