RMF - Ventilation - Air cooling
|
Ventilation The new configuration of RMD compressors, dividing the machines into two areas (hot and cold) and the efficiency of the ventilation with attention to the slightest detail, with large input and output passages, allow effective cooling of the electric motor, the compressor, the oil and the compressed air. Correct cooling of the control unit ensures better operation and greater, lasting efficiency. Conveying of the cooling air to a single output point allows the recovery of about 90% of the heat produced during compression. Cooling Proper cooling of the various components is of fundamental importance for the machine to operate correctly; lower thermal stress means greater stability of the seals. The "turbine cooling" system of this series of machines keeps temperatures low and at optimal values. The turbine, operated by a six-pole motor*, produces a high volume - low speed air flow, guaranteeing proper cooling of all components, and limiting the production of heat pockets and noise emissions. A high efficiency final cooler, ( compact-fine fin aluminium and dimensioned for continuous operation ), is fitted with acondensate separator with a timed drain, and delivers low temperature compressed air which is virtually condensate-free. |
